Conference Cost & Cancellation Policy: I understand and agree that the conference cost is non-refundable after January 1, 2024. However, the registration may be transferred to another attendee with the same membership status. Prior to January 1, 2024, the conference cost can be refunded by emailing NNSP@closeup.org to cancel.

In the event NNSP and/or Close Up must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, the conference registration cost will be refunded. However, NNSP and/or Close Up does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include charges made for travel and lodging.

Photos and likeness: I consent to the use of, in any medium, my name, likeness, audio, video, photograph, or quotes, including posting the same on NNSP and Close Up’s website or social media. I understand and consent to this use of social media by and with me.
