Linda Myers Chozen Award Application

Thank you for your interest in applying for the 2025/26 Linda Myers Chozen Award for Teaching Excellence, a recognition of five Close Up educators who show outstanding leadership, innovation, and commitment to citizenship education.

Please complete the application below. Recipients of this $2,500 award will be determined by the Close Up leadership team with input from the Chozen family. Applications for the 2025/26 year are due by May 15, 2026. Award winners will be announced in June 2026.
