All citizens must be given opportunities and knowledge to effectively participate in our democracy, but we recognize that not all citizens have the same degree of access to quality civic education. Thanks to the support of our generous donors, 24% of students and teachers on Close Up programs received financial assistance during the 2017-18 academic year.
