EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER THE LAW
Coinciding with the Supreme Court’s spring docket, this program is designed to give students a greater understanding of the Judiciary. Students will discuss issues and cases before the sitting Court while also taking part in seminars and workshops focusing on judicial review and interpretation. Students will also consider the impact of famous (and not-so-famous) Supreme Court decisions on their lives today. A highlight of our Law program is a simulation at the Federal Courts in Washington, DC, conducted by a sitting federal judge.
